For over 25 years, Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) has become a popular way for consumers to buy local, seasonal food directly from a farmer. Here are True Garden’s basics: we offer a certain number of “shares” to the public. Typically the share consists of a box/bag of vegetables, but other farm products may be included. Interested consumers purchase a share (aka a “membership” or a “subscription”) and in return receive a box (bag, basket) of seasonal produce each week throughout the farming season.”
What can I expect in my Basket?
We offer a share of greens and herbs which contains a delicious mixture of different varieties of lettuces, greens, and herbs for salads, cooking, and juicing. We can harvest year round on many crops in our farm. The contents of your share are chosen by us each week. You choose from two share sizes: a full share containing eight to ten living veggies, or a half share with four to five.

One hundred percent of the produce in your shares comes straight from our towers to you, living food. Most of our veggies are harvested within 24 hours of you picking it up. You will not find any fresher food unless you grow your own!
